My comments before and again now is that the solution is to move excess water from the Mississippi (30x Colorado River flow) or the Columbia (about 10x) via aqueducts and pipelines into the Colorado River reservoirs. Doing this is well within current engineering capabilities. The eastern half of the U.S. has many rivers far larger than the Colorado. With Federal assistance, begin to create an Interstate Water System just like the Interstate Highway System. Effects will be revolutionary in the entire Southwest.

Nobody I know is EVER going to refer to this as the "Gulf of America". However, EVERYONE I know refers to Chump as a Despot.
